📦 FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Whether you're ordering one piece or ten, shipping is always free.


⏱️ PROCESSING TIME

1-3 Business Days

Once you place your order, our team carefully packages your jewelry to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Please Note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), processing may take up to 5 business days

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order ships


🌍 DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order ships (not the order date). All times are estimates in business days:

5-8 business days

  • Standard shipping via USPS or similar carrier

  • Tracking provided

  • Signature not required

Canada 🇨🇦

7-9 business days

  • International shipping via Canada Post or similar carrier

  • Tracking provided

  • Customs clearance may add 1-2 days

  • International shipping via Australia Post or similar carrier

  • Tracking provided

  • Customs clearance may add 1-2 days

New Zealand 🇳🇿

7-12 business days

  • International shipping via New Zealand Post or similar carrier

  • Tracking provided

  • Customs clearance may add 1-3 days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 days) + Shipping Time

Example: US order = 1-3 days processing + 5-8 days shipping = 6-11 days total


📍 ORDER TRACKING

Every order includes tracking!

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking number

  • Direct link to track your package

You can track your order by:

  1. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

  2. Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number

  3. Logging into your Amoryna account to view order status

Tracking Updates:

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system

  • If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact us


📦 PACKAGING

Your jewelry will arrive beautifully packaged:

  • Secure jewelry box or pouch

  • Protective shipping materials

  • Gift-ready presentation (perfect for sending directly to recipients!)

  • Care instructions included


🚚 SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery:

  • USA: USPS, FedEx, or UPS

  • International: USPS International, DHL, or local postal services

Carrier selection is based on fastest, most reliable service to your location.


🌐 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs & Duties

Important Information for International Customers:

  • Customs Duties: Some countries charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees on international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be held by customs for inspection, which can add additional time to delivery.

  • Declared Value: We accurately declare the value of all shipments as required by international law.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs duties or taxes charged by your country

  • Delays caused by customs clearance

  • Packages refused due to customs fees

Tip: Check with your local customs office to understand potential fees before ordering.


📬 SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct!

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Can I change my shipping address?

  • Contact us immediately at info@amoryna.com if your order hasn't shipped yet

  • Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address

  • You may be able to contact the carrier directly to redirect your package

We ship to:

  • Residential addresses

  • Business addresses

  • PO Boxes (USA only - international PO Boxes not available)

  • APO/FPO addresses (USA military)

We do NOT currently ship to:

  • Freight forwarding addresses

  • Countries not listed in our delivery times section


⚡ EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Need it faster?

While we don't currently offer expedited shipping as a standard option, we may be able to accommodate rush orders on a case-by-case basis.

We'll do our best to help, though expedited shipping may incur additional fees.


📦 LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check these common locations:

    • Front porch, back porch, side door

    • With neighbors or building management

    • Inside mailbox or parcel locker

    • Garage or secure location

  2. Wait 24 hours - Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before final delivery

  3. Contact us at info@amoryna.com if you still can't locate your package after 24 hours

We will:

  • Investigate with the carrier

  • File a claim if necessary

  • Send a replacement or issue a full refund

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and jewelry

  2. Contact us immediately at info@amoryna.com

  3. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.


🎁 MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Sending gifts to different people?

Each order can only ship to one address. To send to multiple addresses:

  1. Place separate orders for each recipient

  2. Use different shipping addresses at checkout

  3. Add gift messages in the order notes


📧 SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS

You'll receive email updates at every step:

  1. Order Confirmation - Immediately after purchase

  2. Order Processing - When we begin preparing your order

  3. Shipped - When your order ships (includes tracking)

  4. Out for Delivery - Day of delivery (from carrier)

❄️ HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During major holidays, please note:

  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday: Processing may take up to 5 business days

  • Valentine's Day: Order by February 7th for delivery by February 14th

  • Mother's Day: Order by May 4th for delivery by Mother's Day

  • Christmas: Order by December 10th for delivery by December 24th

Dates are estimates - we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery


🚫 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship to:

  • Countries under international shipping restrictions

  • Regions experiencing natural disasters or civil unrest

  • Addresses flagged for fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these policies.
