🔄 HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

It's Easy! Just Follow These Steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at info@amoryna.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)

  • The item(s) you'd like to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful for us to improve!)

Step 2: Receive Your Return Label

Within 24 hours, we'll email you:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Return instructions

  • Return authorization number

Returns are FREE! We cover the cost of return shipping.

Step 3: Pack Your Item

  • Place jewelry back in original packaging

  • Include original tags (must be attached)

  • Print and attach the return label to the outside of the package

  • Do NOT include a return label inside the package

Packing Tips:

  • Use original box/pouch if possible

  • Secure the box inside a shipping envelope or box

  • Make sure jewelry cannot move around during shipping

  • Keep your tracking number for your records

Step 4: Ship It Back

Drop off your package at:

  • USPS Post Office

  • FedEx location

  • UPS Store

  • Or schedule a pickup

International Returns: Use the prepaid label provided. If unavailable in your country, we'll provide instructions and reimburse standard return shipping costs.

Step 5: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect it within 2 business days

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refund will go to your original payment method

  • You'll receive an email confirmation

Exchange Options

You can exchange for:

  • Different style (any item of equal or greater value)

  • Store credit

Exchange Processing Time:

  • We ship your new item within 1-2 business days of receiving your return

Received a gift that isn't quite right?

  2. We'll send a prepaid return label

  3. Return the item following normal procedures

Refund Options for Gifts:

⚠️ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Received damaged or defective jewelry?

We're so sorry! We'll make it right immediately.

  2. Take photos of:

    • The damaged jewelry

    • The packaging (if damaged)

    • Any defects or issues

Our Resolution

We'll offer your choice of:

  • Immediate replacement (shipped within 1 business day)

  • Full refund (processed immediately)

You don't have to return defective items unless we request them for quality control purposes.

Returning from outside the USA?

We accept international returns with the same 30-day policy!
